Who Sends These Messages
Attendant AI, LLC ("Attendant AI") sends SMS notifications to facility managers and owners who subscribe to the Storage Attendant answering service.
What Messages We Send
When you sign up for Attendant AI's answering service, your facility will receive SMS notifications for:
- Tour bookings — when a caller schedules a tour at your facility
- Callback requests — when a caller requests a call back from your team
- Call activity alerts — key events captured during inbound calls
Messages are transactional only. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
How You Opt In
During account signup on attendantai.net, you will see the following consent checkbox before completing registration:
You must check this box to receive SMS notifications. Consent is recorded at account creation.
Message Frequency
Typically 1–5 messages per week, depending on your facility's inbound call volume. You will never receive unsolicited marketing messages.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS notifications will be sent.
To re-enable notifications, reply START or contact support at help@attendantai.net.
