Attendant AI sends automated SMS messages related to your facility's call activity, including:
- Call summaries — brief recaps of inbound calls handled by your AI attendant
- Appointment confirmations — when a caller books a tour or visit at your facility
- Missed call alerts — notifications when calls are received outside normal handling
- Service notifications — important updates about your Attendant AI service
Messages are transactional only. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
Message Frequency & Data Rates
Message frequency varies based on your facility's inbound call volume — typically 1–10 messages per week. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. You'll receive a confirmation and no further messages. To re-enable, reply START or contact us.
