The short version
Attendant AI does not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We never have. We don't plan to.
Why this page exists
California's Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives California residents the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. Similar rights exist for residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws.
Even though we don't sell or share data, California law expects us to make this opt-out option visible and accessible. So here it is.
What we collect and why
To answer phone calls for storage facility operators, we collect:
- Caller phone numbers — required by the phone system to connect a call
- Call recordings and transcripts — so facility operators can review what was said
- Information shared in the conversation — such as the caller's name, what they want to store, and tour preferences
- SMS messages — when sent as part of a tour confirmation or callback notification
Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information to data brokers, marketing companies, or any third party.
- We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- We do not use caller data for our own marketing.
- We do not allow service providers to use the data they process for us for any purpose other than operating the service.
Service providers we use
We share data only with the operational vendors that make the service work — Twilio (telephony), ElevenLabs (voice AI), Anthropic (call analysis), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), and Vercel and Railway (hosting). Each is contractually limited to processing data on our behalf and is not permitted to sell it or use it for their own purposes. The full list and our processor commitments are documented in our Data Processing Addendum.
Submit an opt-out request
Even though we don't sell or share your data, you can formally exercise your right to opt out. Email us with the phone number associated with your data and a brief note. We will confirm in writing within 15 business days.
You can also use this same channel to request a copy of your data, request deletion, or correct inaccurate information.
privacy@attendantai.netAuthorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written, signed authorization, and we may verify your identity directly before acting on the request.
Non-discrimination
We will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality to anyone who exercises their privacy rights.
